Please Note:
- Turnaround times refer to production only and are based on the time zone for the production facility.
- Choosing "Group Shipping" may result in an increase in your turnaround time by at least one day after your longest production time in your order.
- Once production wraps, it could take up to one business day for orders to ship or be available for pick-up.
- Turnaround starts from the time the order is paid and the artwork is approved. If a job has revised files, bad artwork, is placed on hold, or is awaiting proof approval, the turnaround starts from time the approval is given. We reserve the right to print same day orders on digital press equipment. Orders that complete after 5:00PM may not be available for pick up until the following morning.
- Orders must be uploaded, paid and approved by 10 AM.
